is a custom, 16-week training program to teach you how to start,
and stick with a successful running program.
No experience is necessary!
We encourage walkers, new runners and
those looking to enhance their running abilities to join us.
Fleet Feet's No Boundaries program is lead by professional and experienced coaches and runners.
What does the 16-week program include?
Two weekly, coach-lead runs (each session lasts about an hour and includes a warm-up and cool down).
Day-by-day training program
Weekly emails reminders
Informational seminars to keep you educated and motivated
