2016 Training Programs are Now Open!

Our training programs for 2016 are open for registration!

Here's your options for Spring Training:

Cleveland Marathon and Half Marathon: 

We are lucky enough to be the official training program of the Cleveland Marathon.  With two training locations (Westlake & Pepper Pike) and three group runs options per week, we think we have the most versatile as well as PREMIUM training programs in town!  Check out all of the details here to see what we have to offer this season. We are really excited to continue to build and evolve our training programs to make them the best training option in Northeast Ohio.  We really hope you'll let us be a part of your 2016 marathon or half marathon training!

No Boundaries - Beginning 5K:

No Boundaries is a 5K Training Program designed for people who are currently in-active or new to walking or running. It's a 10-12 week training program where you get a weekly workout schedule and train as a group twice a week. Your head coach, mentor for YOUR pace of walking or running, and new friends, will make this program a fun challenge!  We not only help you build your strength and endurance, but your confidence and knowledge to continue this healthier lifestyle and new hobby.  Check out all the details here.
