Our Summer/Fall Training Sessions are now open!
If you're looking to take on a new distance, take your training to the next level or enjoy good company, it's time to join the club. Here is what we are offering this session:
More Miles: More Miles is a fully supported HALF and FULL MARATHON program. This program will take you through the cycles of training and give you a day-by-day training plan (including tempo runs, hill workouts and cross training). Open to all paces, but should be comfortable completing 3-4 mile runs. The group meets at least twice a week. Learn More >
No Boundaries: No Boundaries is a beginning 5K program (sometime known as "Couch to 5K"). The program is for walkers, runner and run-walkers who are new to or getting back into running. This fully supported program will take you all the way across the finish line of a 5K race. The group meets twice a week. No running experience necessary and all paces and abilities are welcome. NOBO 2.0: This is the next step after No Boundaries. NOBO 2.0 is for those looking to increase their distance from a 5K to something a little bit longer. This session will be training for a 10K race. If you feel ready to make the jump from a 5K, but want some help along the way, this program is for you! Learn More >
Summer Speed: Our Speed Sessions are designed for those who are looking to mix up their training or just become a faster runner. Speed session are 6 weeks of track workouts designed to improve aerobic strength and foot speed. When signing up for Speed you should be able to comfortable complete 5K races. Learn More >
