Don't let this program's name intimidate you!. If you can comfortably complete a 3-mile run, then our SpeedPlay training program is for you. This 6-session training program is a great way to stay race-ready, mix up your weekly running miles and prep for your upcoming race season. By incorporating speedwork into your training, you'll become a more well-rounded runner.
Spring Speed Details:
- Training starts Monday, April 2nd
- Mondays at 6:00 PM - East Side Location: University School: 2785 Som Center Rd, Hunting Valley, OH 44022
- Mondays at 6:00 PM - West Side Location: Westlake High School: 27830 Hilliard Blvd, Westlake OH 44145
- Workouts designed to benefit any runner training for any distance and looking to improve their foot speed!
