Don't let this program's name intimidate you!. If you can comfortably complete a 3-mile run, then our SpeedPlay training program is for you. This 6-session training program is a great way to stay race-ready, mix up your weekly running miles and prep for your upcoming race season. By incorporating speedwork into your training, you'll become a more well-rounded runner.
Spring Speed Details:
- Training starts March 30th
- 6:30PM - East Side (Hawken Lower School)
- 6:30PM - West Side (Lakewood Park)
- Workouts designed for half and full marathon training but will benefit any runner!
- Goal Race - Cleveland Half & Full Marathon
