Cleveland Half-Marathon Training Program

Are you ready to rock your first half marathon or improve your current time? We are ready to guide you across the finish line of the Rite Aid Cleveland Half Marathon on Sunday, May 18, 2014. Our 16-week Cleveland Half-Marathon program is specifically designed to prepare newer runners and run/walkers to finish the 13.1 distance – injury-free and happy. 

Weekly Runs:

Mondays: 6:30 p.m., Fleet Feet Sports Pepper Pike
Wednesdays: 6:30 p.m., Fleet Feet Sports Northfield or Station Road Bridge
Saturdays: 8 a.m., Station Road Bridge/Towpath, Brecksville
