Welcome to the 2016 Winter Warriors Program! This program will help keep you fit, motivated, and moving during the cold winter months. The workouts will focus on improving total body strength, specific to running, as well as building a base for our next training session.
- 8 weekly strength-based training sessions coached by Angela Altier
- Monday evenings at 7:30 p.m. at Fit Cleveland (1200 West 76th Street, Cleveland, OH)
- Program runs November 28th - January 16th
