What is No Boundaries?

No Boundaries is a 5K Training Program designed for total beginners who are brand-new to walking or running. It's an 8-week training program where you get a weekly workout schedule and train as a group twice a week. Your head coach and new friends will make this program a fun challenge!  We not only help you build your strength and endurance, but your confidence and knowledge to continue this healthier lifestyle and new hobby.

The program will begin with two informational kickoff meetings: 

  • Tuesday, May 30th at 6:30 PM (at the Fleet Feet Westlake store)
  • Wednesday, May 31st at 6:30 PM (at the Fleet Feet Pepper Pike store)

Group runs will begin the following week, and our team will communicate with you via email regarding scheduling prior to the official start date.

Training Schedule:

  • Tuesday Run: Westlake Store 6:30 PM
  • Wednesday Run: Pepper Pike Store 6:30 PM
  • Saturday Run: Westlake or Pepper Pike Store 8:30 AM

Saucony

This is a nationally-recognized program that is sponsored by Saucony and offered at Fleet Feet Sports stores across the country.  Thousands of runners and walkers have trained to complete their first 5K through this program.

No Boundaries is a year-round program that we offer at Fleet Feet Sports Cleveland and you can participate in one session or several sessions!  We have many participants who return to train with this group, or "graduate" on to some of our other program offerings. For just $75.00 and 8 weeks of dedication, you can cross the finish line of a 5K race and enter a brand new life!
